Growing up, I struggled with the pressures of diet culture and the unrealistic expectations that came with it. But, as a self-proclaimed foodie, I found it hard to resist the siren call of a juicy burger, fries, or a slice of pie (let's be honest... more like the whole pie)
It got to the point where food was all I thought about. While I was eating lunch, I was thinking about dinner. While I was eating dinner, I was thinking about dessert. It was an addiction.
Since realizing that I have started prioritizing my mental and physical health.
I'm on a mission to help others break free from the cycle of diet culture and addiction and find freedom in their fitness journey.
When I'm not busy running 2FF, you'll likely find me pursuing my passion for Chemistry and nutrition as a full-time student, or serving my community as a volunteer firefighter. It gives me a chance to wear some pretty cool gear and feel like a total badass while serving my local community. Win, win!
In rare moments of free time, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or more likely binge watching something on Netflix. However, my true passion lies in helping others achieve their own personal health and wellness goals.
